We offer clients a free website creation service, followed by a monthly subscription for website maintenance. Hosting costs are covered by us, while clients are responsible for domain registration fees. Clients have the flexibility to unsubscribe at any time, but if they decide to part ways and keep the website, they must remain subscribed for at least 12 months.

If you already have a website, we offer two options to enhance your online presence. Firstly, we can upgrade your existing website, providing updates, improvements, and ongoing maintenance to ensure it stays modern and functional. Alternatively, if you prefer a fresh start, we can perform a complete revamp based on the structure and content of your current site. This approach allows us to leverage your existing assets while implementing new design elements and features to meet your evolving needs. Whether it's an upgrade or a revamp, our goal remains the same: to provide you with a polished and effective online platform that reflects your brand and engages your audience.

We want you to be satisfied with your experience at Bringgrow. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligibility: Refunds are only available for the current ongoing subscription. This means that if you are not satisfied with your current subscription period, you may request a refund for that period only.

Non-Refundable Items: Subscriptions from previous months or any past subscription periods, as well as any transactions that are older than 1 month, are not eligible for a refund. Once a subscription period has ended, or a transaction is older than 1 month, it is no longer refundable.

Refund Process: To request a refund for your current subscription, please contact us at support@bringgrow.com with your account details and the reason for your request. All refund requests must be made within the current subscription period.

Refund Approval: Refunds are granted at the discretion of Bringgrow. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe the request is not in line with this policy.

The timeline for building a website typically varies based on the complexity and specific requirements of the project. However, with our streamlined process and efficient team, we can often complete website development in less than a week. The exact timeframe depends on the level of customization and detail required by the client. For simpler websites or those with minimal customization needs, we can expedite the process to meet tight deadlines. Conversely, more intricate projects with extensive features or content may take slightly longer.
